General Conditions:

    • Returns are accepted on regular-priced items within 30 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
    • Merchandise returned without tags, in poor condition, or without a Return Authorization will not be refunded.

    US & Canada Returns:

    • Free returns are offered within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
    • To initiate a return, email with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide a Return Authorization number and a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
    • Do not return items without following our instructions, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.

    International Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, but original shipping charges are not refundable.
    • We do not provide return shipping labels for international returns. Email with your order number for a Return Authorization number. Mark this number clearly on the outside of your package.
    • Follow the provided return instructions carefully. Returns must be shipped through an insured, traceable delivery service.

    Refunds and Processing:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding duties, taxes, and shipping charges.
    • Items returned beyond the 30-day window are eligible for store credit up to 60 days after receipt. Returns are not accepted after 60 days.
    • Refunds may take up to one week to process during high volume periods.

    Exchanges and Special Items:

    • We do not offer exchanges. Only returns are accepted.
    • Sale items and purchases made at a discount of 30% or more are final sale.
    • For hygienic reasons, swimwear and bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns may be refused if it’s clear this wasn’t done or if the hygienic strip has been tampered with.

    Store Credit:

    • Store credit is issued after eligible returns and can only be used at
    • Store credit cannot be transferred and is not available for purchase.

    Additional Information:

    • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Products must be returned to the place of purchase; items bought from MICHI‚Äôs office or must be returned directly to us.
